We are in the midst of finalizing the contracts to enlarge half of our deck and screen it in, replace the other half, move the stairs to the other side of the deck, expand the flagstone patio and install a garden shed. We're also putting skylights in the living room and kitchen. I am pretty sure painting the kitchen will follow. :)
I am very excited! I just wish we could get people to show up when they say they will.
